As Team Leader you will manage a growing team which provides first line support to system users and oversees the collection and exchange of tax information, in accordance with international regulatory agreements.
This is a unique opportunity for a tax professional with previous experience leading a team to join this exciting, growing organisation.
Responsibilities will include:
Monitoring the efficient and accurate collection and exchange of tax information, in line with FATCA, CRS and country by country reporting standards
Supporting the compliance team to review prepared reports, to identify potential gaps in compliance
Ensuring data is reported and exchanged in line with internationally agreed deadlines and quality standards and monitoring the quality of transmission of data
Identifying and suggesting improvements for reporting and exchange systems, assisting with the testing process
Maintaining statistical data in order to generate accurate performance reports and peer reviews
Experience and skills required:
Good working knowledge of CRS and FATCA regulations
Experience working in a tax reporting, compliance, accountancy or audit environment
Excellent customer service focus, including the ability to carry out negotiations and understand customer needs
