As IT Systems Support Technician, you will work within the second tier of a global IT helpdesk team, serving as an intermediate escalation path for internal team members.
Using your IT support experience and customer service skills you will be a trusted partner for customers and colleagues who require assistance across a broad swathe of supported items at the Helpdesk.
This role includes out of hours support and rotations up to 12 weekend shifts per year.
