You will join a HR team and undertake administrative duties to support policies, procedures and practices for all employees for the Channel Islands and UK Group.
As HR Administrator you will be responsible for employee onboarding and off-boarding procedures, administration of benefit programmes and holiday schemes, preparing and processing payroll and pension, and administration and monitoring of internal and external training.
