Being part of a wider management team, you will actively provide leadership within a Client Service Delivery Team and be responsible for driving and managing the Business Implementation services within the Channel Islands.
You will lead the team responsible for the day to day client delivery who is responsible for all aspects of onboarding and offboarding for new and existing clients, ensuring an exceptional and consistent client experience.
You will ensure accurate regulatory reporting against deadlines and oversee an AML/KYC team to ensure all new clients and investors meet local Regulatory and Group standards.
