As a Recruitment Partner, Ellie works alongside our senior team members to act as first point of contact for businesses and individuals, closely matching candidates with their ideal roles whilst developing long lasting relationships with our clients!
After graduating with a BA (Hons) in Film & American Studies, Ellie gained five years of experience in executive administration within the education sector in London, before returning to Jersey and joining Rowlands. The problem-solving and empathetic diplomacy skills that Ellie developed during this time were the ideal grounding to begin her career in recruitment.
Ellie has fit in quickly with the Rowland’s team as she shares our passion for creating great relationships. In addition she enjoys being part of a positive Jersey business that is committed to making our community and world better.
