Maggie, with an extensive background in Operations Management, has been elevated to the crucial role of Operations and Finance Manager. This well-rounded role showcases Maggie's versatility and dedication to the growth of Rowlands.
Expressing her enthusiasm, Maggie states, "Rowlands is an exceptional business and an excellent place to work. Over the last 8 years, I have been very fortunate to have had the opportunity to get to know and work within many areas of the business. To be entrusted with a key role in supporting all that the brilliant team do for our clients and candidates is very rewarding. I am very much looking forward to collaborating closely with the team and clients to maintain and enhance our commitment to delivering a high-quality recruitment service."
David, having served as a Senior Recruitment Partner, has now assumed the role of Client Experience and Team Performance Lead. This strategic shift aligns with Rowlands' vision for 2024, emphasising the development of strong client partnerships and enhanced service offerings. Additionally, David will play a pivotal role as a leader within the team, steering and facilitating change and forward drive.
Reflecting on his journey at Rowlands, David remarks, "Having been with Rowlands for almost five years, I am fortunate to have been surrounded by experienced professionals and led by an exceptional management team."
He continues, "Last year was full of positive change, initiated with Rowlands' change of ownership when Georgina became our Managing Director. It has been great to work closely with Georgina throughout my time at Rowlands, and as a team, we are well geared to further develop our way of working, to continue providing the highest quality service to our candidates and clients.
