Recruitment partner Rowlands have today announced that Georgina Moehle has become the Owner & Managing Director of the company. Jeralie Pallot, who has owned Rowlands since 2012, will remain as an Executive Director, providing strategic guidance and supporting high-level recruitment.
This is part of the long-term legacy planning for Rowlands, which is currently celebrating 48 years of business. Georgina has previously spent 10 years with the company, most recently in the capacity of Director. The day-to-day operations and team values of the organisation will continue and Georgina will be increasingly focused on the use of innovative services and technology to enhance client and candidate experience, as part of her leadership strategy.
