Leadership in times of change

As Jersey starts to ease its restrictions, you will be thinking about how you navigate your business back to the workplace. Your employees will be looking to your leadership to know what the next steps are, and leadership teams will be tested like never before. In such times, business leaders must act as a compass, providing clear direction; charting where your business has come from and how it is going to get to where it needs to be.

Your employees will want to know what the plan is to move forward. You’ll need an evolving plan, one that can deal with the short term but also evolve and safeguard for the future. It’s vital that your leadership team engage your employees and guide them through these difficult times. You need to take your people with you on this journey. Their perception of how you handle these changes will have a large impact on your culture and employee engagement, so it is important to get it right.

Working with renowned author and business speaker Jeff Grout, we are pleased to offer a new 3-hour interactive webinar: ‘Leadership in times of change’. Jeff has interviewed and spoken with over 70 high profile leaders from around the world as part of his research and has accumulated this, alongside his own tools and expertise, into this webinar.

Jeff will identify the core skills and behaviour displayed by successful leaders. He will examine how they deal with people – the steps they take to establish trust and understanding and the importance of communication. Jeff will also discuss how leaders create and articulate a clear vision for their organisation and how they effectively lead change.

The webinar will examine:
  • A clear direction – What are your plans?

  • Leading change and taking your people with you

  • Maximising the effectiveness of your communication

  • Creating a motivational environment – The power of Engagement

  • Knowing your people - How are they coping?

  • Managing a remote team

  • The importance of living your values
